You know, I think the most irritating thing about Skyrim is how annoyingly arbitrary some of the quest triggers are. “Here a rumor from this character, who may not even offer it unless you meet random criteria X Y and Z.” “Look in the pubs of major cities for this character, who may appear in any of them.” “Talk to these characters after this random event that you may walk past without knowing it’s even a thing.”
Seriously, would it be so hard to just have the quests always be in the same places?

Right so because of the stupid glitch I encountered I will, in fact, be restarting Skyrim.
Because apparently this is the kind of person I am.
So yeah.
I’ve got something like thirty hours into a Skyrim save, and I’m seriously considering restarting because of the stupid Marked For Death bug.
I am unsure what this says about me.

So if you're Thane of Solitude, imagine how awkward that conversation must be.
- Ulfric: So, today we're sacking Solitude. We're gonna fight our way to the Castle Dour, and there we're gonna kill Tullius because that's apparently how we end a civil war! Even though the Castle Dour is our main goal, feel free to burn and pillage as you go.
- Dragonborn: Yeah, about that.
- Ulfric: What is it, Stormblade?
- Dragonborn: Yeah, Proudspire Manor? I kinda live there. Can we maybe not burn and pillage there?
- Ulfric: Stormblade, are you fucking kidding me?
